Forefoot Extensions |
Forefoot extensions added if required. PPT with a cambrelle plantar cover is used for all forefoot padding. Standard thickness is 1.5mm (3mm also available).

Accomodations |
Various accomodations can be added including extra shell padding, Metatarsal domes (shown) in various sizes, or individual sections of the foot can be isolated. Paddings can be made from PPT, cork, or various EVA densities.

Covers |

Various covers can be added at this point depending on patient requirement. Vinyl is our standard cover.

The finished product |
After many intricate measurements, profesional shaping & finishing, the orthoses are finished. The devices are competed exactly as prescribed and with reasonable care will last many years without any problems.
